Great shoes, esp for narrow-heeled people
These shoes are an absolute steal. I came across them at Macy's during '08 Christmas shopping, but couldn't justify the (much higher than Amazon) price. Enter: Amazon!
They cup your heel really well, so if you have narrow heels like I do, you'd be hard pressed to find mainstream shoes that fit better. They're very good quality, too - I have purchased two more pairs after being so impressed with the first (they have lots of different color schemes if you just do an Amazon search for "Original Penguin").
They run a little big, so get get a pair that is on the smaller end of your spectrum (I fit sneakers ranging from 9.5 all the way up to 11s with some manufacturers; the 9.5s fit perfect for me).
They also have a removable insole, in case you need to know - I have knee problems, so I wear orthotics to help re-distribute my weight; this makes it imperative that I be able to take the original insoles out.

If the shoe fits, wear it. These kicks are good quality and make you look fresher than a fetus.
Good quality Penguin runs small
Materials and quality is good, sole is comfortable but in my size 9.5 (that I've been getting for years in almost every brand) my feet are jammed in there. Hoping they'll break in but cant lie, dissapointed that they run smaller than other brands. Recommend trying on at a store somewhere before purchase.
