Classic Much Loved Shoe Returns!
I'm Old School, so much so, that I had these shoes when they were first released in the early 1970's, I had the Navy Blue Suede ones, which turned each and every white sock that you owned into tie-dyed blue, which my mother hated. The little round circles on the bottom sole would easily fill up with dirt or mud if you lived in an East coast climate. then it would dry and harden overnight, and when you walked around the house you'd leave these little dirt bombs everywhere and not know why, until you made the big discovery! They also cost(What my Mother thought was an outrageous price) of $19.99 a pair, which was big money in 1973! But I loved them. About 10-12 years ago, they resurfaced for a short time and I was lucky to score a pair of the Gold Royal Masters, which I still have today. Then they vanished again, this time I thought, for good. Did a google search recently just for the fun of it and was stunned to find out they had been re-released yet one more time,( a year or two ago)...
